The clinician will undertake a health assessment and diagnosis using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques where the patient will have an opportunity to discuss their medical symptoms and ailments.

The clinician may recommend a combination of treatments as part of a health care plan. Discounts are available when a combination of treatments are purchased as a package. Before each treatment, the clinician shall explain thoroughly to the patient, the treatment process followed by a recommended after care plan post treatment completion.

AcuSpa gift vouchers are valid for use at AcuSpa Ltd, 50, Bridge Street, Manchester, M3 3BW.
AcuSpa gift vouchers are non-refundable.
AcuSpa gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
The management has a right to refuse damaged and/or defaced gift vouchers and gift vouchers that have no accompanying authorised signature.
AcuSpa gift vouchers can only be redeemed against any listed treatment at the full listed price (excluding medical consultation). The voucher will be accepted as part payment or full payment against a treatment(s). No change will be given.
AcuSpa gift vouchers cannot be redeemed in whole or part in cash nor may they be used in conjunction with any promotional offer.
AcuSpa gift vouchers must be used by the gift voucher recipient named and cannot be sold/transferred to any third party without the management’s written consent.
The gift voucher has a validity period of 12 months from the date of sale/issuance.
All treatment(s) must be pre-booked. Appointments are subject to availability.
To redeem the gift voucher, please contact/visit the clinic to arrange an appointment. Mention that you will be using a gift voucher as the means of payment. On the day of your appointment, hand in the gift voucher to the reception team. Please kindly note that we require 24 hours notice of cancellation of appointment in writing. If a cancellation is not received in accordance with these terms, the gift voucher will become invalid for further use.
