The shorter days and daylight saving time can affect our sleep, metabolism, mood and energy levels. The team at AcuSpa have been working on a new range of treatments to help combat those winter blues.
Starting from 6th November 2024 , we will be offering aromatherapy massages every Wednesdays and Saturdays at our award winning clinic AcuSpa. The sessions will be led by Christy, our IFPA* accredited aromatherapist.

Mrs. Bhamra turned to AcuSpa for help with weight loss and has, thus far, completed half a course of acupuncture.
